In addition to being a disability attorney and skilled advocate, Annette brings personal experience to the disability community, as the mother of two daughters, one of who passed away from Mitochondrial Disease in November 2013. This deep personal understanding of raising a special needs child fuels her passion for quality care and person-centered planning and drives her dedication to justice in the community.
